We’ll determine the listing price and begin to market your home to potential buyers.

Step 5:

Buyers send in their offers. If you choose to accept one, the buyer’s earnest money is deposited into escrow.

Step 6:

The home inspection and appraisal.

Step 7:

Loan underwriting and title/escrow phase

Step 8:

Sign closing documents, receive your proceeds, and break into a happy dance!
