We go to bat for you! We’ll help guide you through any further negotiations.

Your lender will set up a home appraisal. This is a way for your lender to confirm you are paying the right amount for the house.

Step 10:

It’s time to sign! Sign those papers and celebrate your new life as a homeowner.

Step 11:

Receive the keys to your new home and break into your happy dance!
