In this year we’re focusing our efforts on three fine organizations. Each one uniquely cares for the needs of our community.

The Portland Housing Center, believes everyone deserves access to homeownership.
They make it possible through quality home buyer education, one-on-one guidance, financial services, and a variety of other resources to make homeownership a reality for Portland-area residents.
They’ve helped more than 7,000 families become successful, financially secure homeowners. They prepare individuals for challenges and guide them throughout the home-buying process.
The mission of Faithful Friends is to cultivate mentor relationships that inspire growth, resilience, and hope. They partner with churches, schools, and community organizations to identify mentors who are paired with kids age 6-9 who are in need of a faithful, adult friend.
Their goal is early intervention and long-term relationships that change the course of individual lives, families, communities, and generations.
Refugee Care Collective mobilizes the city of Portland to serve the diverse populations of refugees being resettled in the Portland Metro area helping to empower refugees to rebuild their lives and step more fully into self-sustainability.
Through restart kits, relational programs, and partnership with resettlement agencies Refugee Care Collective plays an active role in Portland refugee resettlement, bridging the gap between what is and what could be.
