  • We will call or email you each day regarding new listings that fit your criteria.

Showings and Tours

We will:

  • assemble your list for viewing with one of our buyer’s agents.
  • design tours that fit your needs and wants.

Making an Offer…Our goal is always an accepted offer.

After we’ve found “the one,” we will:

  • discuss offer specifics.
  • meet to write and sign the sales contract.
  • present your offer to the listing agent/seller (along with a copy of the pre-approval letter from your lender).
