Showings and Tours

- assemble your list for viewing with one of our buyer’s agents.
- design tours that fit your needs and wants.
Making an Offer…Our goal is always an accepted offer.
After we’ve found “the one,” we will:
- discuss offer specifics.
- meet to write and sign the sales contract.
- present your offer to the listing agent/seller (along with a copy of the pre-approval letter from your lender).
